3. Training Course Registration & Payments

• Registration: To participate in a training session, you must provide accurate and current information.

• Payments: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

• Refunds/Cancellations: We do not offer a refund policy, but instead allow by request, that any registrations for training sessions not attended, be credited forward to a future training session.  This request can be made by contacting PREP.Training.Consulting@gmail.com directly.

 

4. Alumni List & Communication

Participants who complete a training course will be added to our "Alumni List." This list is used exclusively to keep you informed of future company-sponsored training and opportunities. You may request to be removed from this list at any time.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All original materials provided during training sessions or hosted on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and course materials—are the property of PREP Training and Consulting and are protected by copyright laws. You may not redistribute, sell, or record our training content without express written permission.  Course handouts will often include articles written by others, in which case credit is clearly given to the author and/or the publisher.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

PREP Training and Consulting is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of this website or your participation in our training courses. We are not responsible for any technical issues related to third-party payment processors.

 

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
